Terms of Service

Effective November 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of the RxCertify website and mobile application.

1. Using RxCertify

RxCertify provides educational tools for certification exam preparation, including this website and the iOS app. The website and the iOS app share one RxCertify account when you sign in. You agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information where an account is required, protect your login credentials, and avoid interfering with the service or attempting unauthorized access. Downloading the app is optional, and you can practice a free tier in the browser without an account.

2. Educational purpose

Content, practice questions, explanations, study recommendations, and AI responses are for educational purposes only. RxCertify does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, legal, or professional advice and does not guarantee a passing score or certification result.

3. Independent exam preparation

RxCertify is an independent exam-preparation product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PTCB, NHA, or any other certification organization. Certification names and marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Subscriptions

Premium access on the website is offered as a $9.99 per month membership, billed monthly until you cancel, or a $49.99 one-time Lifetime Exam Pass that does not renew. The price and renewal terms are shown on the pricing page and again on Stripe Checkout before you pay. You can cancel the monthly membership anytime from Manage Billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Access for a canceled monthly plan continues through the period already paid. Premium access in the iOS app is purchased and canceled through Apple, under Apple’s terms. Website Stripe purchases and App Store purchases are billed separately.

5. Advertising measurement

The website may use cookies or similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel described in the Privacy Policy, to understand site traffic and which advertisements bring visitors to RxCertify. Measurement loads only when you allow it. Do not place health or medical information in messages you send us, and we do not ask analytics or ad platforms to receive account emails, checkout session ids, or that kind of information as custom event data.

6. Intellectual property

RxCertify and its original content, product design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial study use and does not transfer ownership of the service or its content.

7. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service; share access in a way that defeats account restrictions; or use the service to violate law, rights, or exam-integrity rules.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access as reasonably necessary. We work to keep RxCertify reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RxCertify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Apple terms

When you download or purchase through the App Store, Apple’s applicable terms also govern that transaction. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement is available from the link on this page.

11. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to support@rxcertify.net.
